Continuing my series of posts on the best wedding beaches today I’m posting about Bottom Bay in St. Phillip. Similar to Harrysmiths Beach, Bottom Bay is a small bay beach on the Barbados’ South Eastern Coast. Pristine white sands and coconut trees make this a popular venue for destination weddings. Far more accessible that Bottom Bay, there is paved road most of the way to the top of the steps that go down to the beach, it is one of the more wedding friendly venues.
There usually very few on lookers (if any) at Bottom Bay and the ease of access is a definite plus. While it may not have a ruined mansion like it’s neighbour Harrysmiths (about a quarter of a mile away) The winding staircase down to the beach can make for interesting pictures.
